1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are handmade and made-to-order to ensure quality and freshness.

• Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

2. Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 11:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.

• Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Timeframes

• We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

• Shipping times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

4. Shipping Carriers

• We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Areas

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

• Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

• If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@smoothessence.shop with your order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Smooth Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Changes to your order (e.g., shipping address) must be requested within 1 hour of purchase by emailing support@smoothessence.shop.

• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
