Returns

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items. However, if there is a defect or quality issue, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will address your concern.

To initiate a return request for a defective or incorrect product, please email us at support@smoothessence.shop with:

  • Your order number

  • A description and photo of the issue

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for items with confirmed manufacturing defects or issues directly related to Smooth Essence.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
